Dr. Khalid Bin Abdullah AlSabti is the Ministers Chair of the board of directors of the Education and Training Evaluation Commission in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Prior to that, he had held several positions, including Governor of the National Cybersecurity Authority، Chairman of the Education and Training Evaluation Commission, Minister of Higher Education, Deputy Minister of Education, Deputy Minister of Education for Boys, Member of the Shura Council, Secretary-General of King Abdualaziz & his Companions Foundation for Giftedness and Creativity “MAWHIBA.” At the beginning of his career, he worked as a faculty member at King Saud University in the Department of Computer Science.
Dr. Al-Sabti is a member of several councils and specialized committees.
He has obtained the following qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science with First Honors from King Saud University

Master’s and Doctorate degrees in Computer Science from Syracuse University, USA
- In 2004, Dr. Khaled was awarded the King Abdulaziz medal of the First Class for his distinction in developing the scientific movement and the distinguished scientific research movement.
- He was also awarded the Excellence Medal from King Saud University. He also co-obtained two patents
in the field of information technology (artificial intelligence).
Dr. Al-Sabti participated in preparing and publishing several specialized scientific books.
