His Excellency Dr. Mohammad Bin Ali Kuman is the Secretary General of Arab Interior Ministers Council since 2001. Prior to that, he had been a teaching assistant in the Faculty of Economics and Management, then an Assistant Professor of Law at the same College, and then Head of the Systems Department (Law).
Dr. Kuman has the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from King Saud University
- Master's degree from the Faculty of Administrative Sciences, Department of Law, University of Poitiers in France
- Doctorate degree in Criminal Law and Criminal Science from University of Poitiers in France
- Dr. Kuman is also a member of several advisory committees. He had served as a member of the Arab Court of Arbitration of the Arab Association for International Arbitration before he became the Secretary General of the Arab Interior Ministers Council
Dr. Kuman has published several books and papers in his Law and Security fields of specialization.
