Mr. Khalid bin Abdulaziz bin Ali Alharfash Alasiri was assigned as Director General of the General Department of External Relations at Naif Arab University for Security Sciences in October 2019, based on Administrative Decision No. 2/2 / 31H., Before that, he had held the position of Secretary of the University's Training Board since 2018. Mr. Alharfish has previously worked in several position. He joined the university in 1417 and was assigned in 1998 to work as assistant to the Director of the Public Services Department at Naif Arab University for Security Sciences. In 1999 he was assigned to work as Director of Security Exhibitions at the Training College until 2001. When the decision of His Excellency the President was issued, the university appointed him Director of the Department of Public Relations and Media. In 2016, he was assigned to work as Secretary of the Crisis Center and the Development of Senior Leaderships. He participated in many scientific conferences and meetings inside and outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He also supervised the implementation of many scientific and training activities inside and outside the university, and supervised the annual university graduation ceremony since 2001, and participated in the university delegations for many international, regional and local meetings, including meetings The Council of Arab Interior Ministers since 1998 has made many media, press, television and radio contributions. Mr. Alharfish is also the Deputy General Supervisor of the Journal of Security and Life issued by the university, and contributed to preparing the scientific publication "Security Concepts", which is the 494th edition of the university's publications. Mr. Alharfish was awarded the Knight Medal from the International Organization for Civil Protection in Geneva in 1432, as well as many certificates of appreciation and shields from many security and academic authorities, on both Arab and international levels. He holds a bachelor's degree from King Saud University in Science in 1416, a higher diploma from Alzaeem Alazhari University in Political Science, a master's degree in Political Science from Omdurman University, and a master's degree in Strategic Sciences (International and Regional Studies) from the College of Strategic Sciences at Naif University Arab Security Sciences. ​​
