Brief Dr. Alhakeem holds a PhD in Computer Sciences from Technical University of Berlin in Germany, with practical, academic and research experience for more than 20 years. He worked on many computer systems and information systems projects funded by the European Union and the United Kingdom, in addition to his work as a faculty member in Syrian and German universities. He joined Naif Arab university for Security Sciences in 2017 to work as an assistant professor in the field of cybersecurity and digital. He is a United Nations accredited trainer and member of several of its cybercrime committees.
