The College of Forensic Sciences


  1. The college provides the following programs:
    1. Practical training programs
    2. Diploma in Forensic Sciences
    3. Masters Degree in Forensic Toxicology
    4. Masters Degree in Forensic DNA Analysis.

Conditions of Acceptance


Dilpoma in Forensic Science
- Successful candidates must possess a science based Baccalaureate's degree.
- Candidates must be able to study on a full time basis for one academic year.



Master's degree programs


The College of Forensic Sciences offers two master's degree programs: Master's degree in forensic toxicology and master's degree in forensic DNA analysis.  

Conditions of Acceptance


Successful applicants must fulfill the following requirements:


1. They must possess a baccalaureate's degree from an accredited university, college or institute with an overall minimum grade of Very Good (80 - 90 %) in one of the following subjects:


- Science (Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Botany, Zoology and Molecular Biology)
- Medical sciences (Medicine, Dentistry, Pharmacy, Clinical Laboratories)


2. A baccalaureate's degree with an overall grade of Good (70 - 80 %) in the above mentioned majors and a minimum of 2 years practical experience in forensic laboratory work.


3. Applicants must be able to study on a full time basis for 3 academic years.

Successful applicants must be of a good moral character
