Prof. Outani delivers lectures in criminal law and has a track record of contributing scientific publications to scientific journals.

Scientific and Professional Experience:

  • Holds a Ph.D. in Criminal Law from the University of Poitiers, France.

  • Previously served as Vice-President of Damascus University.

  • Recognized as an accredited reviewer for various legal scientific journals in Syria, Kuwait, the UAE, and Algeria.
