Brief Biography

Specializing in criminal law and crime science, Dr. Bouzouitenah delivers lectures, mentors students on graduation projects, and has received specialized training in counter-terrorism, human trafficking, torture prevention, and human rights. Moreover, he published a number of various articles and interventions.

Scientific and Professional Experience:

• Holds a Ph.D. in Private Law and Crime Science, coupled with a Master's in Linguistics and English Language.

• Recognized for academic excellence with the Presidential Award for his Bachelor's degree and a Diploma of Judicial Studies from the Higher Institute of the Judiciary in Tunisia.

• Extensive judicial experience since 1997, holding various roles in public prosecution, investigative judiciary, and adjudication.

• Distinguished teaching career across multiple law faculties in Tunisia and the Higher Institute of the Judiciary.

• Served as an international expert and contributor in several fields related to the judiciary and the Ministry of Interior.

• Chaired the Criminal Chamber of a Tunisian court.

• Certified international trainer in counter-terrorism, human trafficking, money laundering, torture prevention, human rights, and cybercrime.

• Supervised numerous graduation projects.

• Published several articles in criminal law across various peer-reviewed journals.
